  教学、科研概况: 

  在思想政治方面,坚定不移地拥护党的路线、方针、政策,认真学习党章党规党纪,忠诚党的教育事业,自觉遵守国家法律和学校各项规章制度,努力以辩证唯物观指导学习和工作、提高个人修养和教学科研能力,获评2015-2016年度校师德先进个人。作为化学系支部书记,先后带领化学系党支部获wnba直播比分直播特色党建支部典型案例、师生结对支部共建典型案例、两学一做支部风采典型案例以及先进基层党组织光荣称号。 

  主要承担物理化学、化学热力学、物理化学实验等本科和研究生教学工作。在教学工作中,坚守与学生同学习、同进步的原则,善于以认知的客观规律诱导学生掌握知识,让学生在潜移默化中增强发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。努力探索新的教学方法、积极参与教学改革创新,努力寻找和探索适应新网络信息时代的教学方式,具体包括:(1)作为骨干参与《物理化学》双语教学团队(面向材料国际示范学院);(2)作为骨干参与《物理化学》校精品课程和网络示范课程。在具体的实践过程中获得了学生的普遍认可并取得了一定的成绩,具体包括:(1)近三年来所有本科理论教学(物理化学)评估均在九十分以上;(2)指导两人次本科毕业论文获湖北省优秀学士论文;(3)指导国家大学生创新计划三项和校大学生自主创新计划一项;(4)指导本科生获湖北省大学生化学(化工)学术创新成果报告会一等奖1项、二等奖1项;(5)积极担任本科班主任工作并被评为校优秀班主任;(6)获wnba直播比分直播青年教师讲课比赛二等奖。 

  在科学研究中努力使自己和研究生做到擅长光催化材料体系的设计与制备、精通光催化原理和相关应用、熟练掌握光催化测试技术和表征手段。近年来在课题组长余火根教授的带领下,先后主持两项国家自然科学基金(其中面上基金一项,青年基金一项)并以骨干成员参与多项省部级以上项目(包括863、国家自然基金和省基金等),发表SCI论文30多篇,H个人引文指数为20,担任ACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesJ. Mater. Chem. AJ. Phys. Chem. C等多种国际国内期刊的审稿人,并指导研究生中一人获国家公派攻读博士学位。
